Beo Fashion Return Policy

At Beo Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale items and final clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Returns must include a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return:

    • Visit our Web site(www.beofashion.lk)  or contact us(075-6803973) within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Package Your Item:

    • Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Send It Back:

    • Ship the return to the address provided in your return confirmation email.

    • Beo Fashion is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
